As of 24: 00 on February 3rd, our city reported a total of 1 15 confirmed cases in novel coronavirus, including 6 severe cases and1/discharged cases.
Among the confirmed cases, Jiaojiang 10, Huangyan 16, Luqiao 13, Linhai 7, Wenling 40, Tiantai 6, Xianju 1 1 2. Among them, there are 65 males and 50 females, the oldest is 87 years old and the youngest is 4 years old. Among the severe cases, there were 3 cases in Huangyan, 3 cases in Luqiao 1 case, 3 cases in Xianju 1 case and 3 cases in Sanmen 1 case. Among the discharged cases, Jiaojiang 1 case, Huangyan 2 cases, Luqiao 2 cases, Linhai 2 cases and Wenling 4 cases. All cases were treated in designated hospitals.
Up to now, the city has tracked 1538 close contacts, 600 people have been released from medical observation, and 938 people are under medical observation.
In view of the current grim situation of epidemic prevention and control, the city has implemented stricter control measures.
Since the outbreak of the epidemic, the city has quickly entered a state of preparation. In accordance with the requirements of "everything makes way for epidemic prevention, and everything puts people's life and health first", we will strictly implement the first-level emergency response and continuously improve the prevention and control standards.
Yesterday, the Municipal Defense Index issued 10 "Notice on Implementing the Most Strict Control in the City". In five aspects, the Circular implements five "strict" measures from five aspects: personal travel, village residence and rental housing management, traffic control and education management.
① Strictly control travel.
Every family can assign 1 family members to go out to purchase living materials every two days. In addition to medical treatment, epidemic prevention and control, official needs and important livelihood positions, other personnel are not allowed to go out.
② Strictly implement the management of village residence.
All urban areas are under closed management, and only one entrance and exit is reserved; Some village roads are temporarily closed, and villagers can enter and leave with their ID cards.
③ Strict traffic control.
Non-Taizhou vehicles and personnel entering the Taizhou traffic checkpoint will be persuaded to return; If it is really necessary to return to Taizhou due to special circumstances, all the local township streets will be isolated 14 days.
④ Strict rental house management.
Since the date of the announcement, it is not allowed to rent houses to residents from areas with serious epidemics such as Hubei; Before the first-level response to the epidemic is lifted, no new returnees may be accepted.
⑤ Strict education management.
Party member cadres, deputies to the National People's Congress and CPPCC members should play a leading role, manage themselves well and drive their neighbors. The public security organs will severely punish those who do not obey the management personnel's dissuasion and gather people to make trouble.
There are several reasons for putting forward the five "strict" requirements.
First of all, the number of newly reported cases in our city is still at a high level, and there is a risk of proliferation. The situation of epidemic prevention and control is still very serious.
Secondly, the vast majority of confirmed cases in our city are imported cases. Reducing people flow and gathering through traffic control is the most economical and effective way to quickly cut off the route of transmission and prevent the epidemic from spreading.
Thirdly, with the increase of investigation in our city, the number of people flowing out from Wuhan, Hubei and other places tends to be stable, but from other areas such as the surrounding areas, the number of confirmed cases has an upward trend. In the past two days, we found three confirmed cases from outside Hubei Province. With the approaching of the "Three Returns" climax after the holiday, the flow of people will increase and the epidemic will become more severe.
