What are the characteristics of sub-health?

The main features of sub-health include:

1, symptoms reflected by physical and mental discomfort, such as fatigue, weakness, mood changes, etc. It is difficult to be clear for a long time;

2. All kinds of weak manifestations caused by the decline of organizational structure or physiological function that is not suitable for age;

3. Microecological imbalance;

4. Premorbid physiological and pathological changes of some diseases.
