Bozhou residents can register health information by logging in to the designated webpage, scanning the designated QR code or logging in to the know-it-all APP, and clicking on the column of "Residents' Health Registration". Health registration only needs to be completed 1 time, and those who have completed the information do not need to register again. The QR code can be used permanently and the screenshot can be saved. It can be printed and carried. If you don't carry the QR code, you can also verify it by entering your ID number. If it is impossible to complete the registration by itself for some reason, it may be registered by family members or property applications or community workers.

Organs, enterprises, institutions and residential property service enterprises, as well as communities, administrative villages and relevant units responsible for the management of residential quarters, villages and dormitories without property management, should do a good job in publicity and guidance and access audit of residents' health information registration. When residents go in and out of public places, the management personnel of each unit shall take the temperature of residents. If abnormal temperature is found, it should be discouraged from entering public places in time and reported to the management unit according to procedures. If the body temperature is normal, please show your QR code, scan it through the background program, and release the information after review.

Operation process of Bozhou residents' health information audit

First, the audit entrance

The auditor opens the Know-it-all APP, selects the branch to Bozhou City, finds the homepage "Bozhou Residents' Health Registration Management Platform", clicks the login page, enters the audit account and password, and completes the system login.

Second, scan code audit

There are two ways to audit:

First, click scan code review, the QR code is scanned, and the screenshot of the QR code provided by residents is scanned and reviewed.

Second, click the ID number audit and enter the resident ID number for audit.

After extracting the resident registration information, click Audit, and click Yes or No according to the actual situation. The QR code applied by the registrant can be reused, and the system will automatically record the time and reviewer of each audit.

"Know-it-all" APP Registration and Login Instructions

Scan the QR code to download and install the know-it-all APP. After installation, the know-it-all APP icon will be displayed on the phone.

Open the know-it-all app, switch to Bozhou Branch Office, click on the lower right corner to enter the login interface, click on the upper right corner to register, and the login interface will appear, as shown below:

After entering the interface, enter the mobile phone number and password, click Send Activation Code to get the mobile phone verification code, and complete the registration according to the prompts;

You can also use Alipay, a third-party application, to authorize registration and login in the login interface that appears.
