What are the mental health management in the workplace?

There are always ups and downs in the workplace, and some achievements are even more insufficient, which will affect our mental health management, so mental health management in the workplace is very important. So, what are the mental health management in the workplace? Please let me introduce you:

The disease gave me a big warning: the body is more fragile than you think. One day, you will pay the price for acting beyond your physical load by relying on your youth.

● Eye discomfort caused by long-term computer use, cervical strain, and stomach diseases caused by irregular diet are all diseases that white-collar workers are prone to, so attention should be paid to prevention.

Since the new Millennium, I have been "crawling" in the workplace for more than ten years, which can be called an "old bird" in the workplace. The word "old" not only means the passage of time, but also includes the accumulation of experience. Like many people in the workplace, I have experienced various ups and downs, initially determined my position and continued to move forward to a new stage. During this hard time, physical fatigue and mental fatigue are inevitable, and due to the professional characteristics of media people, overtime, day and night upside down, irregular diet, long desk and so on are all plaguing health.

As a reporter in the medical field, I have been paying attention to the topic of how people in the workplace can strengthen health care while fighting for the future. Combining my own experience and the advice of medical experts, I wrote some experiences of workplace health care to share with readers. Text/reporter Lu

Health cognition:

Everyone knows that health is the capital of the revolution, but if I hadn't been sick once, I wouldn't have such a profound experience. The disease gave me a big warning: the body is more fragile than you think. Young people's self-reliance and doing things beyond their physical load will be rewarded one day. And I didn't understand the importance of good health until I got sick, and I deeply realized the smallness and powerlessness of my predecessors in the disease. Health is the most important thing, and everything else is just a cloud. On the other hand, it is also beneficial to get sick when you are young. It allows you to pause your busy pace at work, re-examine your work and lifestyle, and strengthen health and emotional management.

Personal experience: I can't stand hitting too hard.

If you compare your career so far to a road, the most difficult thing is the first three to five years. It's not that the job I was facing at that time was the most difficult, and the work intensity didn't matter. It's just that I was so inexperienced at that time that I was helpless in the face of many difficulties that seem nothing today.

As we all know, the first three to five years of employment are very important for a person in the workplace. A bunch of newcomers in the workplace are on the same starting line. Whether you can make a difference, let the upper level see you and give you a chance to play depends on the first three years. There is even a saying that if you do nothing for the first three to five years, you will have little chance to fire again.

Because of this, the first three years of employment were the most arduous and anxious time for me. I remember that at that time, a group of our colleagues who joined the company at the same time chased each other. Everyone works hard and secretly compares with each other for fear of falling behind. "I am on the road with news" is our creed. In addition to eating and sleeping, they are basically at work. I can't remember how many times I forgot to eat when I wrote a manuscript at night, and I can't remember how many times I got up in the morning and turned over the newspaper first thing. The manuscript was well sent, and I was ecstatic; I am worried that the manuscript has not been published in the newspaper. One or two comments about my business will roll in my heart.

This "hot blood" state lasted for a long time, accompanied by high pressure. Although I understand the truth of relaxation, I dare not relax a little, for fear of being left behind. Moreover, due to my lack of reasonable positioning for myself, the standards are often set too high, and I am very anxious if I can't reach them. I'm nervous and worried, but I have to pretend to be calm on the surface. I seldom tell my friends about my work because I don't want to make a fool of myself. Calling my parents is also good news, but not bad news. However, not saying doesn't mean it doesn't exist. In fact, at this stage, I often magnify the contradictions I encounter. I think it over and over in my mind, and the more I think about it, the more I feel that I have failed. Negative emotions keep accumulating, but there is no channel to vent. If the backlog reaches a certain level, your body will be overwhelmed and you will get sick after working for more than two years.

Career advice: success should not be at the expense of health.

That illness has a lot to do with my mood. At that time, work was very tiring. I pay special attention to the evaluation of my work by the leaders. For a long time, I have been thinking about what I did badly. Plus my parents always quarreled during that time, I felt that everything was not going well and I was often depressed. As a result, I felt dizzy and sick during the interview. When I went to the hospital for examination, the doctor said that I should stop working and treating. Although it is not a fatal disease, it will get better soon after treatment, but after this disease, I got three tips:

First of all, success at work cannot be based on damage to health. When we were young, everyone worked hard. Even if my physical strength is exhausted, I always think it doesn't matter if I am young for a few years. However, everyone's physique is different. Some people can really survive, others will be overwhelmed and will continue to show sequelae and chronic diseases in the future. Is it worthwhile to exchange health and even life for so-called success? In my opinion, it is necessary to work hard for the cause, but everyone should make a good career plan according to their own situation. If their bodies can't keep up, they'd rather slow down. There is a saying in Guangdong that "work for a long time", that is, don't think that work is a matter of three to five years, but a career of decades. Therefore, we must balance our efforts to achieve sustainable development. This is the "Scientific Outlook on Development" in the workplace.

Second, emotional management is a compulsory course for people in the workplace. When I first joined the work, I had not completed the transformation from a college student to a social person. At that time, I found one of my shortcomings: I couldn't manage my emotions. There are always ups and downs in the workplace, and some achievements are even more insignificant. Of course, I am happy when I make achievements, but once I find my own shortcomings, I immediately fall into chagrin and depression. I often struggle in this "two worlds of ice and fire", and my mood fluctuates greatly. Now that I think about it, ups and downs are actually the norm. The key to emotional management is to treat your performance objectively and rationally and accept your imperfect self. Of course, it takes time and experience.

Third, we should reasonably vent negative emotions. Negative emotions such as tension, depression, anxiety, irritability, etc. plague many white-collar workers as usual, and sometimes bad emotions can lead to physical discomfort and even illness. How to deal with negative emotions? I think it's wrong to be afraid and unwilling to accept it. First, we should rationalize negative emotions. It is very normal for us to have negative emotions. The key is how to ease and resolve. Looking back on the first few years of work, I don't want to admit my nervousness and depression, and I don't want to tell others. I think this means my failure, and as a result, my negative emotions are more serious. In fact, everyone has emotions. You need to find a reasonable exit, just like "detoxification".

There are also some workplace mental health management:

1, ensure enough sleep and don't violate the laws of nature, or you will be retaliated by the laws of nature.

2. Slow down your work. If you are overwhelmed by intense work, you'd better put your work aside at once, slow down and have a rest. Maybe you can do better.

3. Handle the relationship between career and family. Family harmony and career success are by no means incompatible, but interactive. "Everything is prosperous at home", it is impossible to "reunite the family" and I am afraid it is impossible to "level the world".

4. Be psychologically prepared for the pressure, fully realize that the high efficiency of modern society will inevitably bring high competitiveness and high challenges, and be psychologically prepared for some negative effects brought about by it, and don't panic for a while and aggravate the pressure. At the same time, the mentality should be normal, optimistic and open-minded, and don't haggle over adversity.

5. Arrange the work and rest time reasonably, strictly implement the work and rest system made by yourself, so that life, study and work can be carried out regularly.

6, pay attention to cultivate a good attitude, strengthen psychological cultivation, develop their own psychological analysis habits. You can consider making friends with psychologists in order to get their help often.

7. Cultivate yourself to have a broad and open mind, be friendly to people, be clear about big things, and be confused about small things. Zheng Banqiao's phrase "It's hard to be confused" has been passed down to this day because it tells the truth of life.

8. Enrich your spare time and develop your hobbies. The taste of life often makes people feel comfortable. Painting, calligraphy, chess, sports and entertainment can add a lot of fun to people, adjust the pace of life, get rid of the monotonous and tense atmosphere and move towards pleasure and relaxation.

9. It is crucial to maintain emotional stability.

Don't set unrealistic goals for yourself, but plan within your ability; Don't expect too much from others to avoid disappointment; Dispel anger to avoid gaffes and regrets; Make necessary compromises and concessions to avoid making a mountain out of a molehill; Leave the stimulus source to avoid aggravation of the stimulus; Find a bosom friend to confide in and relieve psychological depression; Do good for others and avoid loneliness; Focus on only one thing at a time to avoid too many things causing mental stress to yourself; Don't compete with others everywhere to avoid being overly nervous; Expand interpersonal communication and avoid ignorance; Amuse yourself and avoid trouble and stagnation.

10, keep happy.

If a person wants to make himself happy every day, he must always keep himself happy and learn psychological balance. Although he has to face a lot of workload and even tasks every day, he should not be easily knocked down by these. If he thinks his daily work is too boring, he might as well let himself do some creative and expanding work at work, which will not only make time pass quickly, but also keep you happy at work.

1 1, and establish a correct outlook on life.

Only by establishing a correct outlook on life can we correctly treat all kinds of contradictions, difficulties and setbacks in our work and life, respond appropriately to the external environment and maintain a good psychological state.

12, determine the appropriate level of ambition.

On the basis of fully understanding yourself, combine your ambition with your work, and strive to realize your ideal ambition in the process of completing your work goals.

13. Create a good interpersonal environment.

How can people in the workplace be psychologically healthy? The focus is on good interpersonal relationships. Only when you have a clear understanding of your interpersonal relationship, form a correct self-cognition, be tolerant and willing to cooperate, can you create a good interpersonal environment and promote the healthy development of your mind.

The above is the workplace mental health management I introduced to you!
