Schools or teachers are not allowed to increase teaching time and homework for any reason or in any way, which will increase students' learning burden. Sixth school teaching buildings, environmental noise, indoor microclimate, lighting, lighting and other environmental quality, as well as blackboards, desks and chairs should meet the relevant national standards.
The site selection and design of newly built, rebuilt and expanded school buildings shall conform to the national health standards and obtain the permission of the local health administrative department. The completion acceptance shall be attended by the local health administrative department. Seventh schools should set up toilets and hand washing facilities for students in accordance with relevant regulations. Boarding schools should provide students with corresponding sanitary facilities such as washing and bathing.
Schools should provide students with enough drinking water that meets hygienic standards. Eighth schools should establish a health system, strengthen the management of students' personal hygiene, environmental hygiene and classroom and dormitory hygiene. Ninth schools should conscientiously implement the laws and regulations on food hygiene, strengthen food hygiene management, manage students' diets and strengthen nutrition guidance. Tenth school sports venues and equipment should meet the health and safety requirements. Sports events and intensity should be suitable for students' physiological endurance and physical health to prevent injury accidents. Eleventh schools should organize students to participate in appropriate labor according to their age, and provide safety education to students who participate in labor and provide necessary safety and health protection measures.
Ordinary primary and secondary schools organize students to participate in labor, and students are not allowed to contact toxic and harmful substances or engage in unsafe work, and students are not allowed to participate in night work.
Ordinary institutions of higher learning, secondary specialized schools, technical schools, agricultural middle schools and vocational middle schools organize students to participate in productive labor and contact with toxic and harmful substances, and provide health care in accordance with relevant state regulations. Schools should conduct regular physical examinations for them to strengthen health protection. Twelfth schools should pay attention to the physiological characteristics of female students and give necessary care when arranging sports activities such as physical education class and labor. Thirteenth schools should incorporate health education into the teaching plan. Ordinary primary and secondary schools must offer health education courses, and ordinary institutions of higher learning, secondary specialized schools, technical schools, agricultural middle schools and vocational middle schools should offer health education elective courses or lectures.
Schools should carry out health consultation activities for students. Fourteenth schools should establish a student health management system. According to the conditions, students are regularly examined, and students' physical health cards are established and included in the student files.
If the school finds that the students have organic diseases in the physical examination, it shall cooperate with the parents of the students for referral treatment.
Schools should strengthen medical care and mental health work for disabled and frail students. Fifteenth schools should be equipped with medical supplies that can deal with general injuries. Sixteenth schools should actively do a good job in the prevention and treatment of myopia, amblyopia, trachoma, dental caries, parasites, malnutrition, anemia, spinal curvature, neurasthenia and other common diseases of students. Seventeenth schools should conscientiously implement the laws and regulations on the prevention and control of infectious diseases, do a good job in the prevention and control of acute and chronic infectious diseases, and do a good job in the prevention and control of endemic diseases. Chapter III Management of School Health Work Article 18 Education administrative departments at all levels shall incorporate school health work into the school work plan as one of the contents of evaluating school work. Article 19 Ordinary institutions of higher learning, secondary specialized schools, technical schools, large agricultural middle schools, vocational middle schools and ordinary primary and secondary schools may set up health management institutions to manage school health work. Twentieth colleges and universities set up school hospitals or health clinics. School hospitals should set up health care departments (rooms) to be responsible for the health care of teachers and students.
Urban primary and secondary schools, rural central primary schools and ordinary middle schools have clinics, and full-time health technicians are equipped according to the ratio of 600 students 1.
Secondary specialized schools, technical schools, agricultural middle schools and vocational middle schools can be equipped with full-time health technicians as needed.
Schools with fewer than 600 students can be equipped with full-time or part-time health teachers to carry out school health work. Twenty-first with the approval of the local health administrative department, regional health care institutions for primary and secondary school students can be established.
The main tasks of regional primary and secondary school health care institutions are:
(a) to investigate and study the physical health status of primary and secondary school students in this area;
(two) to carry out the prevention and correction of common diseases among primary and secondary school students;
(three) technical training and professional guidance for health technicians in primary and secondary schools.
