Understand whether there is hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, and do thyroid ultrasound examination at the same time. If it is subchronic multiple thyroid nodules, you can check the thyroid radionuclide scan if you are worried about cancer. Generally, normal human examination surgery and thyroid ultrasound are enough, and other examinations are not needed.
