A: Observe at home according to the regulations, report to the community after the isolation is lifted, and the community is responsible for solving the problem.
Home isolation, home health monitoring personnel and their roommates should strictly stay at home and stay indoors to cooperate with nucleic acid detection and health monitoring. Once there are symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, and decreased sense of smell and taste, they will not buy medicine by themselves, and immediately report to the community and cooperate with corresponding control measures.
Prevention and control requirements for home isolated observers
Don't leave home. During the period of home isolation observation, you must stay indoors and don't go out to take out the garbage, send and receive express delivery, etc. , and deny all access. Anyone who goes out without permission will be transferred to centralized isolation. If serious consequences are caused, legal responsibilities will be investigated according to law. In the process of opening the door, such as collecting goods, putting garbage, sampling nucleic acid, etc., you should wear a medical protective mask and do a good job of hand hygiene before and after opening the door.
Principle of living alone. In principle, home isolation observers should live alone. If there are people who live together, contact with them should be minimized during the isolation period, and tableware, towels, bath towels, sheets and other items should be avoided. Take a separate meal system and use special tableware. Use a private bathroom whenever possible. When taking care of the elderly, infants and other family members who can't take care of themselves, they should wear masks and do a good job in hand hygiene.
Nucleic acid detection and antigen detection.
1. Close contacts. Nasopharyngeal swabs were collected for nucleic acid detection on the 2nd, 4th and 7th days after home isolation, and the requirements of "three negative samples" should be met after 7 days. Antigen self-examination was performed on the 3rd and 5th day. The test results are all negative, or the antigen test is positive, but the nasopharyngeal swab nucleic acid reexamination is negative, so it can be lifted.
2. Close contacts of close contacts. Nasopharyngeal swabs were collected for nucleic acid detection on days 1, 4 and 7 after home isolation, and antigen self-examination was carried out on days 2 and 5. All the close contacts in the 4 days before the isolation medical observation period are negative, or the antigen test is positive, but the nasopharyngeal swab nucleic acid reexamination is negative, and the isolation medical observation can be lifted on the 7 th day; If close contacts have positive results in the first 4 days, they will be managed.
3. High-risk groups. Nucleic acid was detected on 1 0, 4, 7 and 10, respectively, and the results were all negative before the home isolation was lifted. If it has been more than 10 days when you log in, you need to complete two nucleic acid tests within 3 days, and the interval between the two nucleic acid tests is 24 hours.
4. Beijing personnel and other personnel who need to be isolated at home in high-risk areas in China. The standards for nucleic acid detection and antigen detection refer to the current regulations on the isolation and management of people entering Beijing in the risk areas related to the epidemic situation in our city.
5. Entry personnel. Nasopharyngeal swabs were collected for nucleic acid detection on the 2nd, 4th and 7th day after home isolation. After the 7th day, all three samples were negative, and antigen self-test was performed on the 3rd and 5th day. All the test results are negative, or the isolation can be lifted only if the antigen test is positive, but the nucleic acid reexamination of nasopharyngeal swab is negative.
Do a good job of self-monitoring. Take the temperature 1 time at least every morning and evening, and report to the community voluntarily. Pay close attention to whether you have COVID-19-related symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, expectoration, sore throat, diarrhea, abnormal taste, abnormal smell, stuffy nose, conjunctivitis and myalgia. , if there is any abnormality, contact the community medical staff immediately and see a doctor as required.
Take the initiative to report medical history. Home isolation observers should take the initiative to report personal basic diseases and past medical history to the community, and the elderly, pregnant women, young children and people suffering from basic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and mental diseases, as well as those with special treatment needs and medication needs, must accurately inform the community staff about the situation. In case of emergency, contact family members or staff of community health service institutions at the first time, or directly call 120, 1 10 for help, clearly inform yourself that you are a home isolation observer, and seek medical treatment in time.
Ventilation and disinfection of rooms. Every morning and evening at least 1 time, each time for more than 30 minutes. At least 1 room wet cleaning shall be carried out every day, with cleaning as the main task and preventive disinfection as the supplement. Every time you clean up the garbage, you should seal the garbage bag tightly, and disinfect its outer surface and seal before putting it in front of your home. The specific disinfection method shall be implemented according to the guidelines for preventive disinfection during the epidemic of pneumonia in novel coronavirus.
Keep communication open. Home isolation observers must keep mobile phones and other communications open and keep in touch with the community at any time. People who really need care, such as the old, the young, the sick, the disabled, etc., must identify the people who live with them or emergency contacts.
Requirements of residents living together. People who live together must implement control measures with observers who are isolated at home.
Strengthen drainage management. During the isolation period, the floor drain in the bathroom and shower room should be filled with water in time, and the water should be injected more than twice a day, with each time not less than 350ml, or the floor drain should be blocked with odor-resistant devices such as silica gel pads and odor-resistant floor drain cores. When flushing the toilet, cover the toilet seat before flushing.
