During the rescue period, poor patients with liver disease who were treated in designated relief institutions can apply for relief through the public welfare hotline, and they can get relief funds for liver disease by presenting their subsistence allowances, disability certificates, student ID cards and demobilized military officers' cards when they are admitted to hospital. It is understood that "China Angel Medical Liver Disease Relief and Development Promotion Association" was established in Hongkong, China, focusing on the cause of liver disease relief. The purpose of the promotion association is to carry forward the spirit of humanity, fraternity and dedication, care for the vulnerable groups of liver diseases, care for the health of patients with liver diseases and promote the cause of peace and progress of mankind. There are two main contents: one is to set up the designated hospital of "China Angel 80 1 Liver Disease Relief Project", and the other is to give certain medical assistance to patients with liver diseases with heavy economic burden, such as low-income households, disabled people, students and demobilized military officers. In order to promote the development of liver disease relief, China Angel Medical Association has designated hospitals in North China: Beijing Jing Jun Hospital and Beijing Asia-Europe Jing Jun Institute of International Hepatology.
Regulations of China Red Cross on Donation and Acceptance.
Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Red Cross Law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions of the China Red Cross Society and with reference to the relevant spirit of the Principles and Regulations on Disaster Relief of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Society.
Article 2 Carry out rescue work in natural disasters and emergencies; Set up special public welfare undertakings; Carry out community service, emergency rescue and disaster relief preparations, and raise funds.
