Is the Korean diet healthy or not?

Personally, I think Korean food is unhealthy, but it tastes particularly good. Of course, it's just my personal taste. Because I personally prefer spicy food, noodles and fried food, I think Korean food suits my taste very well. But the diet in Korea is really unhealthy for three reasons.

There are too many fried foods.

There are quite a few fried foods in Korea, such as Korean fried chicken, Korean fried pork chops and coke cakes. These things are really delicious, but they are also really unhealthy. We all know that fried foods are actually very high in calories, and these fried foods can cause fat accumulation.

We have been taught not to eat fried food since childhood, because it is junk food, which is also the reason.

They often eat pickles.

Generally speaking, South Korea is kimchi, because Koreans really love kimchi, and everything they eat should be accompanied by kimchi, so South Korea is also called the country of kimchi. We all know that kimchi is actually unhealthy, and eating too much is easy to cause cancer.

So we seldom eat it, but it is available in every household in Korea, and they will do a lot to ensure that we can eat it every day.

They like to eat spicy food.

Koreans like spicy food very much. Whatever it is, they like to eat it while it is hot. In fact, some foods are delicious when they are hot, but they should not be too hot. After all, if they are too hot, they can easily get esophageal cancer.

If you are in Korea, you like to eat as soon as you get out of the pot, and so do noodles. You can blow it twice and it will go into your stomach. I really admire them sometimes. After all, it is not easy to swallow such hot food.
